Pan-Fried Catfish
Ingredients
Catfish filets
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 1/2 garlic salt
vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Combine the cornmeal, Cajun seasoning and garlic salt in a shallow dish.
- Heat the oil until shimmering.
- Dredge the filets in the cornmeal mixture and add to the pan, cooking 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with lemon slices or remoulade.
