Roast Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork belly, skin on

  • Garlic powder (amount tbd on stream)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Thick grained dijon mustard (amount tbd on stream)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  • Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern.
  • Add garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Coat the top with a thick grained dijon mustard.
  • Bake at 350 for an hour. Increase the heat to 425 to 450 for another 45 minutes to crisp it. Then remove, slice, and serve!
