Roast Pork Belly
Ingredients
3 lb pork belly, skin on
Garlic powder (amount tbd on stream)
Salt & pepper
Thick grained dijon mustard (amount tbd on stream)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
- Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife in a crosshatch pattern.
- Add garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Coat the top with a thick grained dijon mustard.
- Bake at 350 for an hour. Increase the heat to 425 to 450 for another 45 minutes to crisp it. Then remove, slice, and serve!
